How do I know what color and product to use on the skin?

How can I cover up those dark circles?

What can I do to cover breakouts?

How do I cover up hyperpigmentation, sunspots, and scarring on all skin tones?

How can I highlight and contour to bring out features while keeping the makeup natural looking?

What are the differences in creating flawless skin for print editorials, vs tv, vs red carpet/events?

What products do you use?

What are your preferred tools for working on the skin?

I’ll be answering all this and more in my “Perfecting the Canvas” class at The Makeup Show in NY this Sunday, the 13th. Perfecting the Canvas @ The Makeup Show w/ Kathy Aragon

EyeWear Editorial with Bill Diodato

What is better than having the opportunity to work on shoots with an awesome team? Having those moments captured on video!

I have always wanted to work with photographer Bill Diodato since admiring his work in several publications, including the local DC Modern Luxury editorials. So when my old friend Ope, an amazing NY Fashion Stylist, asked me on board this client shoot I jumped at the chance. Hair was by a fellow Artists by Timothy Priano artist, Jake D.

The model’s main look was clean with the focus more on the skin and lips since she was wearing a number of different glasses that day.  Face Atelier Ultra Foundation and Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tars definitely dominated the looks that day.

Enjoy!
